Larch Cottage is a magical holiday cottage that sits snugly on the edge of woodland with views out towards the park.

The accommodation comprises three spacious double bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom that has a free-standing bath and large shower, a further bathroom upstairs with free standing bath with shower over the bath, a separate WC downstairs, a delightful living room with large open fire and a well-equipped kitchen/dining room. It is beautifully furnished to give this a real home-from-home feeling. The cottage has biomass central heating so it is cosy and warm even on the coldest days in the Highlands. There is a large enclosed garden.

Larch Cottage is often let with Ardtalla as an annex for additional guests. When not in use for this, it is available at short notice for short or long stays as a comfortable, peaceful stand-alone property.

Two dogs are welcome in downstairs, non-carpeted areas and there are two kennels and runs behind the house.
